Like any complex equipment – your car, for instance – its performance and overall benefit is greatly enhanced if regularly serviced by specialists. Indeed it is a legal requirement for customers to maintain units containing more than 3kg refrigerant, but it is recommended that all units be annually cleaned and serviced using specialist equipment.

In addition to our first class design and installation service, therefore, RSY also supplies full maintenance and service back up, ensuring peace of mind for heavy industry, shops, offices, food preparation and storage, hospitals, schools and local authority premises.

To help customers choose the right cover, RSY offers a variety of options tailored to the scale and nature of the equipment. Our normal procedure for total customer satisfaction would be to conduct an on site inventory, then agree with the customer a schedule and required cover (whether fully comprehensive of labour content, breakdown and maintenance only etc.) and then raise a quotation on individual requirements.

RSY maintenance agreements include rigorous cleaning/checking, making any necessary adjustments and, upon customers’ approval/confirmation, replacing any components found to be faulty. Such preventative procedures enable continuous running of plant, minimising the risk of production loss. Prevention is not only better than cure – it is more cost-effective!
